EuroExpress brings Interpipe KLW railway wheels and axles from Ukraine into Korea, machines them to local specification, and delivers them to rolling stock builders and rail operators. We are now extending the route itself into a logistics business across Eurasia.
The road a Ukrainian wheel travels to reach Korea — and the logistics corridor we are building back along it.
Interpipe is a Ukrainian steel and pipe producer; KLW is its railway product brand. Wheels and axles are forged, heat-treated and precision-machined at the Dnipro plant, and EuroExpress supplies them into the Korean market.
INTERPIPEWheels and axles carry the full load of the vehicle and absorb its braking forces. Only products traceable from raw material through heat treatment belong on a railway.
Forged wheels for locomotives, passenger cars, freight wagons and EMUs. Profile and grade are selected for the vehicle type and service conditions.
The shaft that carries the wheels and transmits rotation. Both powered and trailing axles are handled.
Wheels press-fitted onto axles and supplied as complete wheelsets, machined and assembled in Korea.
One continuous chain from plant to delivery. Documentation and inspection records must follow the product at every step before it can enter service.

Dimensions, material grade and non-destructive test results are verified, and the goods ship with their certificates.
Shipment to Korea via European ports, with customs clearance and transport scheduling managed together.
Additional machining and wheelset assembly to the specification of the Korean vehicle.
Delivery to rolling stock builders and operators, with the full traceability file handed over.
To bring in a single wheel type, EuroExpress has had to work the corridor between Ukraine and Korea end to end. Turning that corridor into a service of its own is the next step.
We are developing multimodal routings over the Trans-Siberian and Trans-China railways.
Relationships built with local manufacturers and forwarders let us handle cargo in both directions.
We design transport knowing the packing, securing and inspection requirements of heavy industrial parts.
